The Kansas ProStart Invitational® is a premier high school competition focused on restaurant management and culinary arts. This exciting event brings high school students from around the state together to compete for scholarships and state-wide recognition. Winning teams from each competition will be awarded first, second and third place medals.

The Kansas ProStart Invitational is open to the public. We encourage parents and school administrators to attend and cheer on their favorite team. The first place teams in the culinary and management competitions also earn the right to represent Kansas at the National ProStart Invitational May 2-4, 2025, in Baltimore, MD.
