This program provides an overview of basic sanitation procedures,
from receiving food at the loading dock to serving it to customers.
The course content includes:
Food safety hazards
Proper personal hygiene
How to provide safe food
Purchasing, receiving & storage
Preparing, cooking & serving
Cleaning & sanitizing
A certificate of participation will be awarded to all participants at the end of the training session.
